100% Espadin Agave. 46% alcohol. Natural yeast during fermentation. Single distillation. Bold in flavor but smooth on the palate, beautiful clear color with intense aromas and smoky ash notes. Creamy mouth feel; rustic with a touch of salinity and spice. A nicely roasted pure agave flavor in the mid palate without too much smoke. So well balanced it feels similar to a 40% Mezcal.
